Theodoor was a farmer by profession and married to Grietje Geessien Trientje Dwarshuis. As a member of the O.D. he was deputy commander of the N.B.S. (Dutch Internal Armed Forces). He was arrested on 20 March 1945 and detained in the House of Detention in Groningen. He was executed on 8 April 1945 in Anloo.
