Son of superintendent Cornelis Gerardus Streefkerk (supervisor, 22 February 1880 Naarden - 20 October 1960) and Johanna Helena Willemsen (3 December 1888 Amsterdam - 16 June 1954 Bussum). Unmarried. Radio technician. Member resistance. Together with Franciscus Gerardus Pierre Linders (3 May 1918 Venlo), Streefkerk had made an appointment with two German soldiers.
