    Biography

    Ernest Clow flew a tour with No. 51 Squadron after which he was posted to No. 138 'SOE Special Duties' Squadron. He was made a POW when in the night of March 24th/25th, 1943, he was forced to ditch with Handley Page Halifax II, HR665,NF-L, in the IJsselmeer, the Netherlands.
