Biography

Paul M. Hanlen was called up for duty on December 13th, 1942 and entered military service on February 23rd, 1943. He served with 881st Bombardment Squadron, 500th Bombardment Group, 73rd Bombardment Wing (Very Heavy).
Paul Hanlen served in the Pacific as Airplane Sheet Metal Worker between August 14th, 1944 and November 18th, 1945. He was honorably discharged on Decempber 30th, 1945 at the Jefferson Barracks Separation Center.
