Recommendation received from C.-in-C., 21 Army Group:
"Provision of aid and shelter to many "SUSSEX" agents passing through Paris and placing of her cafe in the Rue du Fauburg Montmartre at disposal of Commandant Saubestre, leader of "Pathfinder" Group as an H.Q.

In all Madame Kiel rendered signal assistance to 13 agents, concealed much W/T equipment in her cellar and by her actions exposed herself, over a period of seven months, to daily risk of arrest and execution."
