“Stabsobersteuermann Rixecker, commander of an R-Boat, succeeded in forcing a Norwegian submarine to surface following a depth charge attack near Bolaerne (in the Oslo Fjord). He then was able to enter the vessel and take its crew prisoner. Prior to this he had already managed to land the troops that had embarked on his vessel despite heavy enemy fire.”
