Biography

Lieutenant General Yevgeniy Balabin was a cossack and officer in the Russian/White Army. During the Second World War, he was cossack leader of the 'Association of Cossacks in Germany, Slowakia and Hungary' and member of the Russian Liberation Army (ROA).
