"Major Kenneth S. Nadauld, 0220373, Royal Northumberland Fusiliers, British Army, during the period 4 September 1944 to 8 May 1945, while serving as Assistant to the Town Major of Brussels and later as Town Major, Brussels, Belgium, distinguished himself by meritorious service in connection with military operations ** involving participation in serial flight against an enemy of the United States. Major Nadauld rendered inestimable services to the American Forces by arranging billets and other facilities for a multitude of units and depots, and by his most generous and helpful spirit he set a fine example of whole hearted cooperation with the American Ally. His services have been of a magnitude and in spheres far beyond the demands of his post. Major Madauld's record is a high credit to himself and to the Allied Forces.
