Biography

Jan Dekeling was a Brewster 339 pilot in the KNIL. Before the war, Jan was assigned to the 7th Infantry Regiment. He was taken prisoner of war in Java in 1942 and was a prisoner of war in both Java and Japan. Jan survived the war.
