Hendrik Theodoor Hessing was one of 21 volunteer Stadwachters, who were murdered by Japanese military from the Regiment Scouts, 2nd Division, Imperial Guard, at Tiga Roenggoe, Sumatra between 20.oo and 21.00 hrs on March 14th, 1942.
