"Flight Lieutenant Blazejewski has completed 120 hours flying on operations over the enemy, carrying out in all twenty sorties as Captain of aircraft. He is the Senior pilot in his flight, and has at all times shown himself to be cool and reliable, setting a very high example to all flying personnel in the Squadron.
On only three occasions has he failed to bomb the primary targets and then only after making determined attempts to locate then.
He has taken part in two raids over Emden, four on Bremen, four on Cologne, one on Frankfurt, two on Osnabruck, one on Manheim, and one on Duisburg, besides two on Le Havre and Brest respectively and one on l'Orient.
He has successfully overcome extreme conditions of weather including severe icing over Cuxhaven and has undoubtedly displayed powers of leadership and endurance of the very highest order."
