Polish Air Force, 300 Polish Bomber Squadron
Czeslaw Gebaczka was a tail turret gunner and was only 28 years old.
On 25-11-1942 at 11.46 am the Vickers Wellington took off in Lincolnshire to take part in an attack on Bremen.
At 1:28 p.m. the plane was shot down by German anti-aircraft fire and crashed near the barracks camp at Vinkenkrocht in Bergen.
He died; the remaining crew (4) were taken prisoner.
