Polish Air Force, 300 Sqdn.

On 8-4-1943 at 9.40 pm the Vickers Wellington took off in Lincolnshire to take part in an attack on Duisburg.
At 11:07 p.m., the Wellington was shot down by German anti-aircraft fire and crashed into the North Sea. All crew members died.
Slusarski washed ashore near Petten on May 10, 1943.
