Ronald Bruton was the son to Donald and Edith Bruton. He served as Guardsman with X Company, 1st Battalion Welsh Guards. He was probably wounded in the fighting at Doornik on September 23rd, or September 24th, 1944 and died of his wounds in Nijmegen on September 24th, 1944.
