"Captain Wiśniewski has shown outstanding devotion to his service, his first class planning of the requirements and the efficient realisation of all demands resulted in the 5 Kresowa Division OFP being equipped to scale and supplied with all necessary stores before the Division went into action. Throughout active operations he supplied the units with great efficiency, by his zeal and directing ability, the Division OFP reached a very high standard in the work of seeing to the needs of the units in the field".
