Erich Nitschmann dies on November 23rd, 1944 after the explosion at mill Onze Rika in Bennekom, the Netherlands. Beceause his remains were at first buried at the Algemene Begraafplaats in Ede, is can be noted he probably died of his wounds in the hospital in Ede.
