"This NCO has been in the Motor Transport Section for a year. By his organizing ability, enthusiasm and hard work he has helped largely in building up a highly efficient Motor Transport Section. Despite long working hours, often in very adverse weather conditions, he has never failed to inspire all subordinates by his cheerfulness and buoyant manner. He has often worked throughout the night in keeping the runways clear of snow. He always sets an excellent example by his devotion to duty and hard work."
