"This NCO came to the Station in June 1941. Since then, by his hard work, keenness and devotion to duty, he has raised the photographic section to a very high degree of efficiency. He takes the greatest possible interest in his work and, largely due to his personal efforts, the standard of night photography has been raised to a very high level, as results prove. The whole of his work is characterized by efficiency, enthusiasm and an outstanding desire to do all he can to get good results in night photography."
