Municipal Cemetery Zuilichem
At the Municipal Cemetery in Zuilichem are six Commonwealth War Graves and one Dutch War Grave from World War II.
The Commonwealth graves are of the crew of the Halifax MK III MZ503 of RCAF 420 Sqdn which crashed in this area on 25-4-1944:
A.S. Redmonds, RCAF
D.D. Waterson, RCAF
E.V. Webb, RCAF
W. Murphy, RCAF
A. Hansford, RAF
M. Cassidy, RCAF, he survived the crash but was buried here with his comrades in 1985.
There is also a monument to the victims.
