Anti-tank Ditch Himmerich

Built in 1938/39 as part of the Limes programme of Westwall construction, this is a water-filled ditch, roughly 200m long, 20m wide and 3.5m deep, not only to stop tanks from crossing, but also too wide for the mobile bridges of that time.
