Napoleon's Headquarters

Here was Napoleon's headquarters before the Battle at Marengo. This battle, fought on 14 June 1800, during the Second Coalition War, was fought between French and Austrian troops. The battle was narrowly won by the French of Napoleon Bonaparte. Almost 2000 soldiers were killed and 10,000 (of which 7,000 would die later) were wounded in the battle.
