Memorial Friedrich Wilhelm Bülow von Dennewitz

This monument commemorates Friedrich Wilhelm Bülow von Dennewitz, the Prussian commander in the Battle of Dennewitz.
The Battle of Dennewitz took place on 6 september 1813 between the French army and a coalition of Prussian-Russian troops and resulted in a victory for the coalition. On both sides the losses about 10,000 men (dead, wounded, missing and captured).
