Memorial 100th Anniversary Siege of Zaragoza

This memorial commemorates the 100th anniversary of the French siege of Zaragoza, which took place from 20 December 1808 to 20 February 1809. At the end, the French managers to conquer the city after heavy fights. During the siege and the battle, 10,000 French soldiers, 20,000 Spanish soldiers and 34,000 Spanish civilians were killed.
