Rabah Bitat Airport (Bone Airfield)
Bone Airfield was captured by British paratroopers (3rd Parachute Battalion) on 12 November 1942. The Allied forces re-used it almost immediately after its capture.
The RAF destroyed multiple Luftwaffe planes at Bone.
