American Museum of Science and Energy

This large and excellent museum is dedicated to the history of Oak Ridge and it's contribution to the knowledge of peaceful uses of atomic energy.

The Manhattan Project, which also took place in Oak Ridge, is also exhibited. There is a replica of Little Boy, the uranium bomb dropped on Hiroshima.
