Hampton Roads Naval Museum

The main attraction of this museum is the museumship USS Wisconsin (BB-64), a battleship of the Iowa-class, which served in the Second World War, the Korea War and even in Operation Desert Storm. From 1992 on, she is a museumship.

The museum is also dedicated to the whole history of the American Navy in the Hampton Roads region. Besides an exposition about the USS Wisconsin, there is also attention for other aspects of the Second World War, like the Battle of the Atlantic.
