Old Coast Guard Station Museum

This museuim is housed in one of the few remaining original Coast Guard Stations, out of hundreds of these stations along the American coast which were used until the Second World War and short thereafter. During the Second World War, the stations were heavily used because of the many stricken vessels. The museum has a large department about the Second World War, including the German and British ships and actions.
