T-34/76 Turret

There are numerous T-34/76 turrets, converted to memorials, spread across the city of Volgograd, indicating the location of former frontlines and other memorable places. These two turrets are standing next to each other in the city's centre. The text on both memorials reads:

"Fame to the heroes of Stalingrad! Here was the forward defensive line of the Stalingrad-front from September to November 1942."
