Graves Civilian Casualties General Cemetery Nieuw-Dordrecht

Nieuw-Dordrecht General Cemetery contains the graves of three civilians that died when a bomber crashed on their farm. This Lancaster mk.1 (serialnumber ED550) with mission Berlin was flown by a seven headed British crew. Six of these men died in the crash and are burried in the opposite of the family. The family lived in a farm in Nieuw-Dordrecht, the family existed of Annigje Jalving, Jan de Vries and Willem de Vries, their eight year old son.
