Born on July 24, 1925 in Giethoorn
Died on September 15, 1948 in Cheribon, West Java

Duty Soldier Support Company - 3 Battalion 1 Infantry Regiment - Second Brigade - 7 December Division - Royal Netherlands Army
Buried in the Dutch Field of Honor Menteng Pulo in Jakarta
