T-34 Tank Naro-Fominsk

Soviet tank T-34 near St. Nicholas church in the town Naro-Fominsk. There were severe combat actions in that area during the battle of Moscow. 687 buildings in Naro-Fominsk were destroyed. The Western part of the town was occupied from October 21 to December 26, 1941. An eternal flame is situated in several metres from the tank monument.
