Chateau and Front Line Hooghe

The hotel used to be a chateau during WW1 until it was bombed by the Germans and the allieds. A large crater, trench system and ammunition from the war can still be found here. Flamethrowers were apparently used at this position for the very first time.
Costs 2 euro to enter.
