V-2 Impact Site V.Voorschotenlaan

This V-2 rocket, targeting London, impacted this site on 23 December 1944, shortly before New years eve, at 11.55 pm, resulting in five buildings destroyed and 28 heavily damaged. The explosion even affected the Bronovo hospital, which was severely damaged. There were no casualties. The area was evacuated during the launch.
