Obelisk Leningrad Hero City
This memorial commemorates the fact that Leningrad (today: St. Petersburg) was declared "Hero City" on 1 May 1945 for its heroicly defence by her residents during the Siege of Leningrad (1941-1945). It was awarded with the Lenin Order, Gold Star and the Hero title.
