Memorial of Glory Togliatti

This obelisk is in memory of three former residents of Togliatti who were awarded with the hero title during the Great Patriotic War. Their names are:

- Lieutenant Viktor Nosov (26.3.1923 - 13.2.1945)
- Sergeant Vasiliy Zhilin (20.8.1915 - 24.7.1947)
- Sailor Nikon Alexandrovich (18.12.1920 - 19.8.1941)
