Memorial to the dead and missing of Drakenburg in the grounds of St John the Baptist church (St. Johannis-der-Täufer Kirche).
The square sandstone monument stands on a 3 stepped plinth and has a steep pyramidal top.
Each face of the monument carries two lists of names separated by a deep groove. The lists on the south side commemorate the 44 killed in the First World War, the north and west sides carry the names of the 61 dead of the Second World War (continuing up to 1947) and the east side carries the names of the 37 missing from WW2.
The pyramid carries a different honorary inscription in a panel on each side and an image above the inscription (the coat of arms of Dragenburg is on the South side, a military cross in an oak wreath on the north side and helmets with chin straps on the east and west sides).
