SOE Establishment - Station XXVII (28): Tyting House

Tyting House was used by the Special Operations Executive (SOE) during the Second World War. It held Field Security Section (Intelligence Corps) personnel serving SOE. It acted as a form of ''cooler'' for trainees and agents found unsuitable or suspect.

The complex was largely demolished after the war, with the exception of Tyting Farm.
