Belgian War Graves Nederbrakel

On the cemetery of Nederbrakel are the graves of four fallen of the Second Word War. It concerns: Léon DE STAERCKE, Vroenhoven 10 May 1940; Jozef SCHAMP, Vroenhoven 10 May 1940; René EECKHOUT, Borgloon 19 May 1940; Albert VAN TWEMBEKE, Zomergem 24 May 1940.

There is also the grave of Karel D’HOSE, resistance fighter, who was executed by the Germans in Hechtel on 10 June 1944.
