SOE Establishment - School of Cryptography Japanese Department

This building (1st floor) housed the 'Japanese departmnet' of the SOE School of Cryptography in 1942. A blue at the wall plaque reads:

"secret Japanese language school here in WW2 from 1942, training recruits for Bletchley Park to translate coded military messages"
