Kneeler Cushion Charles Moore

This memorial, within the Cathedral Church of St. John, commemorates Charles Moore who gave his life on 7 September 1918 in the Great War (World War I).

Charles Moore was born on the 19th May 1897 at Friar St, Cashel, County Tipperary. He was the eldest of the 10 children of William Moore, a labourer, and his wife Margaret, known as Maggie, nee Phelan.
