Reichsbahnbunker Cologne-Nippes
This bunker was built in 1944 and was in service until the end of 1944. The function of this bunker was to report allied bombers to make it possible for personnel of the Reichsbahn to bring the trains and themselves into safety.
Next to this one is another bunker to offer shelter from bombing. This is a former ice cellar where a concrete roof has been poured.
