War Memorial Almelo
This memorial commemorates the Second World War. In front of the memorial are 16 plaques with names of resident, including many Jews, who were killed in the Second World war.
There is also one plaque with the names of 12 soldiers killed in the Dutch Indies and one plaque with the name of a resident who was killed in a peace operation, in 1994.
