Resistance Memorial Gemonde
This memorial is situated just outside the village of Gemonde (Dutch province of Brabant) and is a memorial to memorize the resistance.
The section of the resistance for whom this monument was erected has, amongst other things, kept under hiding in the woods of Gemonde, soldiers from allied gliders that were shot down during the Operation Market Garden in September 1944.
