Heugh Battery
This battery was reactivivated in World War II. Range finfing and fire control equipment was installed, as well as 6"guns and anti aircraft guns. The battery was deactivated in 1944. The battery is now in the care of the Heugh Gun Battery Trust and is home to a museum and artillery collection.
