These plaques commemorate:
- This building housed the executive department of the Poznan Workers and Soldiers Council from 11 November 1918 to 11 November 1919.
- Two young resistance members Zygmunt Ciesielski and Bernard Intek who hoisted the Polish flag on the roof of this building (the German police headquarters at that time) on 2 March 1940.
