Soviet-Polish War Cemetery Lodz

This war cemetery is located in the Józefa Poniatowskiego park of Lodz. It contains the graves of Soviet and Polish LWP officers who fell in January 1945. There is a second war cemetery in this park, where the common soldiers are buried in mass graves. In total, 656 Soviet soldiers and officers (including one Hero of the Soviet Union) are buried in this park.
