Memorial Victims Liberation Marseille

This memorial on the Gare de Marseille-Saint-Charles commemorates battalion commander Finat Duclos of the 3/7eme Régiment de tirailleurs algériens, en captain Gèze, commander of the 2eme batterie du 67eme Régiment d'artillerie d'Afrique, who were killed in action on this location on 25 August 1944, during the liberation of Marseille.
