Memorial American Airmen

In the middel of the Hautes Fagnes nature reserve area, this memorial is located. It commemorates the American airmen who fell in this area during World War II. There are also some remains of the aircraft (a C-47 Douglas) which crashed here.

Recently the memorial had changed a bit, there is now a stone plaque instead of the wooden ones.
