War Memorial Callantsoog

On the memorial a plaque has been mounted with the municipal arms of Callantsoog and next to it a memorial stone with the years:

1940 – 1945
Between these years on the memorial stone a plaque has been put commemorating the civilian war victims of Callantsoog.
The text on the plaque can be translated as follows:

They fell as victims
of the nazi terror
