Aviation Memorial Garden

Next to the Boer War Memorial is this Aviation Memorial Garden. It is dedicated to the aircrews of all nations, who whilst serving with the Royal Air Force and Air Transport Auxillary in times of peace and war, sacrificed their lives in the service of this county, whilst flying in Teesdale and the Western Pennines.
